Do you dream of trying something new? Do you have a fear of the unknown? Are you comfortable in your routine? Are you content with life? Do you hope for more? We can hold so many of these thoughts and feelings within us at the same time… And that is okay! That is normal. That is part of who we are as human beings.

How about taking something comfortable and combining it with something new and daring? If you live in a small town like me, there are few restaurants with meals from far away lands. Why not make your own? This recipe combines our comfortable chicken with our daring Korean gochujang. It is such a quick and easy recipe, and it brings amazing flavor! ENJOY!

My favorite tips:

*The beauty of this recipe is the delicious flavor that is so quick and easy to achieve!
*Gochujang is a very tasty ingredient with Korean flair. It is delicious and spicy.
*Make sure your gochujang is gluten-free if you require a gluten-free recipe. I have seen some that are gluten-free and some that are not.
*I list many optional garnishes. Choose the ones you love!
*I love to garnish this with a fried egg. I don’t usually like fried eggs on their own, but in this recipe they are fabulous! Cook the egg to your liking. Remember that eating raw eggs is not recommended.
*Be sure to cook your chicken through. Do not eat raw or under-cooked chicken.
*This recipe goes wonderfully with my Baby Bella Cauliflower Rice! You can also serve with any of your favorite rices or grains.
