These Bacon Swiss Cheeseburger Sliders are a gameday favorite! Use your favorite condiments, or serve them with Easy Garlic Aioli to make them a little extra!

Tools for Bacon Swiss Cheeseburger Sliders:

9″ x 13″ Baking Dish: This recipe can be easily made in one pan! I suggest using an oven-safe glass 9×13 dish; it is the perfect size for cooking the meat and then finishing the sliders on the Hawaiian rolls!

Extra Large Spatula: An oversized spatula will help with removing the burger patty from the 9×13 pan, and again with removing the sliders when they are done. If you do not have a sturdy extra large spatula, you can use two regular spatulas, placing one under each end of the large patty and lifting simultaneously. Be careful not to splatter yourself with any hot grease or liquid from the patty when removing from the baking dish.

Silicone Basting Brush: A good basting brush is the easiest way to top your sliders with butter. I prefer silicone for the heat resistance, and because I do not like to find stray brush bristles in my melted butter!

Cutting Board: You will want to have a cutting board nearby. You can place the cooked patty on the board while you build your sliders, and then after the sliders are done it is much easier to cut them apart on a cutting board than in the baking dish.

Ingredients:

Ground Beef: I like to use a brisket / chuck combo for our sliders. You can choose your favorite ground beef for the recipe. You can use less than 2 pounds of beef if you like thinner patties.

Hawaiian Rolls: I use the 12 pack of Hawaiian honey wheat rolls. You can also use the original Hawaiian sweet rolls or Hawaiian butter rolls.

Swiss Cheese Slices: Use your favorite sliced Swiss. You can also switch it up and use different cheeses. Try it with tasty gruyere or classic American.

Bacon: Try this recipe with our Glazed Black Pepper Bacon! The touch of sweetness is perfect on these sliders!

Butter: I use salted butter for this recipe. It works just fine with unsalted butter, as well. Brushing the tops of the buns with melted butter adds a toasty crisp that we love.

Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder: These are for seasoning the ground beef. I also add a touch of garlic powder to the melted butter.
