Garlicky Collard Greens

Ingredients
2 bunches fresh collard greens, rinsed well with large stems removed, sliced into thin strips
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp kosher salt
juice of 1 lime
Optional garnish – salt and pepper to taste
Optional garnish – fresh lime wedges
Directions
- Prep all ingredients first, as cooking is quick!
- Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat. Add garlic and kosher salt. Stir continually until garlic is fragrant and golden.
- Add greens to skillet. Stir frequently 3-4 minutes until bright green and starting to soften.
- Add lime juice and remove from heat. Garnish with salt, pepper, and lime wedges. ENJOY!
