My favorite tips:

*The beauty of this recipe is that it blends together such delicious flavors while being so quick and easy to prepare.
*I use cod, but you can choose another favorite fish.
*My favorite fish taco seasoning is Rocky Mountain Fish Taco Spice by Savory Spice. You can also use your favorite fish taco seasoning mix, or create a simple mix of cumin, paprika, and garlic powder.
*Cilantro-Lime Slaw can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.
*Make Spicy Avocado Sauce in a food processor or blender for a smooth creamy sauce. If you want your sauce thinner, add more lime juice.
*I like to warm my tortillas before eating. I recommend using a microwavable tortilla warmer! You can also heat on the stove top, or wrap them in a wet paper towel and microwave for a few seconds until warm.
*The fish can splatter when cooking! Use a splatter screen for easier cleanup!
*Make sure your cod is cooked through! Eating raw or under-cooked fish can be dangerous for your health.
